As a seasoned campaign strategist, you will drive the full campaign lifecycle across multiple channels, delivering impactful results and insights.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operationalizing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn business objectives into actionable strategies that engage finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Scope, build, launch, and scale multi-channel programs, maintaining campaign calendars and retrospective documentation.
  • Salesforce Expertise:
    • Manage segmentation, automations, lead scoring, journey triggers, and campaign attribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Align content, design, performance, and SDR cadences to hit MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Create dashboards and reports highlighting CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel velocity. Present weekly learnings and optimisations.
  • Process Building & Optimisation:
    • Document workflows, improve hand-offs, champion data hygiene and marketing ops best practices.
  • Experimentation & Special Projects:
    • Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and channels.

  • 95%+ campaigns launched on-time.
  • Improved MQL - SQL conversion rates.
  • Optimised blended CPL across channels.
  • Accurate attribution of campaign revenue in Salesforce.
