Mainframe Migration Expert Wanted

We're seeking a seasoned Mainframe Modernization Consultant to join our team at Google Cloud. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers on how to configure, migrate, and deploy their mainframe systems on Google Cloud. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us deliver excellence in Google Cloud products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex Cloud Mainframe migration challenges.
  • Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
  • Work with various modernization tools and products to modernize mainframe.
  • Help customers in designing the architecture and deliver migration and total operating cost estimation.
  • Lead delivery of complex mainframe migration projects, providing technical governance and leading teams including doing team work.

In this role, you are the Google Architect working with Google's most key Cloud customers. Together with the team, you will support customer implementation of Google Cloud products through: architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and much more.
