Job Title: Retail Training Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our growing eyewear brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building retail excellence by delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams, with a focus on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency—across both offline retail stores and online support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on: Product knowledge (Eyewear, Accessories), Customer service & experience, Sales techniques and upselling.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Support new store openings and new hire onboarding with structured training rollouts.
  • Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.
  • Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.
  • Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.
  • Stay updated on eyewear trends, customer behavior insights, and retail innovations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
