**Job Title:** Network Specialist

The role of a Network Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's computer network infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage network architectures to meet business requirements.

  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

  • Implement and manage network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Technical Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of L2 and L3 networking protocols and technologies (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Nexus 2K, 5K, 7K, 9K platforms and hands-on experience.

  • Knowledge of overlay technologies (VXLAN, BGP-EVPN, OTV, LISP).

  • Understanding of Cisco SDN-based technologies (ACI, Programmable Network Portfolio, Standalone VXLAN Fabric, DCNM).

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
