We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Design and implement cloud architectures on Azure, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of Azure resources.
  • AKS Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure that cloud solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and analyze cloud resource usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for Azure cloud solutions and Terraform usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and deployment, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience in using Terraform for IaC, including module creation and state management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
