Automobile Technician

Our client, a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing company, is seeking a skilled Automobile Service Champion to join their team in Chandigarh. This is an excellent opportunity for a male candidate to take on a challenging role and make a valuable contribution to the company's success.

1. Customer Handling: Receive customers with a smile, greet them politely, and handle their queries professionally.
2. Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooter issues, update diagnosis reports, and perform repairs as needed.
3. System Handling: Track customer complaints, update operational status, and ensure adherence to workshop management systems.
4. Technical Repairs: Repair and replace scooter parts, stay updated on OLA scooter knowledge, and ensure technical curricular adherence.
5. Process and Operational: Adhere to process guidelines, ensure bay cleanliness, and handle invoicing and payment collections.
6. Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, and maintain inventory at the experience center.
7. Safety and Compliance: Wear protective gear, handle tool kits properly, and ensure fire fighting equipment is in place.

• Male candidate required.
• Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.

Up to 2.76lpa CTC including PF+ESIC.
