About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can assist in implementing our online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and lead generation efforts
  • Analyzing campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights
  • Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engine visibility
  • Managing daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to queries, and engaging with followers
  • Supporting website updates by uploading content, testing functionality, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field and 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, or any related discipline
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing (experience in professional services organization is preferable)
  • Knowledge of online B2B marketing tools, and their integration with CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM, and online marketing tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Sitecore)
  • Experience in running brand awareness and lead generation campaigns on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
