Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure via code, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services.
  • Develop and maintain standardized Azure deployments, leveraging orchestration products like Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure ARM templates.
  • Act as the escalation point for level three Azure-related issues, providing technical support and fault resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions.
  • Document all related design, development, build, and deployment methods, maintaining source control and management.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure

• Experience working as a Data Engineer on Azure Cloud

• Strong knowledge of PySpark and Azure Data Factory

• Comprehensive understanding of public cloud environments and industry trends

• Extensive DevOps experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
