Job Role Summary

The organization is looking for an experienced Mid-Level Python Developer to join their technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general programming concepts, as well as experience working with databases and Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and effective communication skills both written and verbal. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop back-end components, enhance server-side logic, and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
  • Optimize applications for performance, implement security measures, and manage databases
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Strong understanding of OOP and general programming concepts
  • Experience working with Databases
  • Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
