Job Description

As a highly skilled AI Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the capabilities of our cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) system. Your primary responsibility will be to create, review, and refine high-quality data that enhances the AI's ability to provide accurate and insightful responses.

You will apply your expertise in STEM fields to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, coherence, and pedagogical soundness. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to the AI model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality data assets, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex STEM problems.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, clarity, and effectiveness, providing constructive feedback to enhance the AI's performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in data creation and evaluation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in a STEM field from a reputable institution.
• Demonstrable academic excellence, either through coursework or national-level competitive examinations.
• Deep subject matter expertise across a wide range of topics within your specialized STEM field, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field, with a focus on competitive exam preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, candidates with the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Expertise in developing high-quality, original problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE, with experience authoring personal teaching materials, notes, and question banks.
• Familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI models or large language models.
