Job Title: Senior Data Scientist LLM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of large language models (LLMs) tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models for real-world applications by leveraging machine learning frameworks and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems that meet business objectives.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment, ensuring optimal results.
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures, adapting new technologies to drive business success.
  • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development, with a strong foundation in machine learning concepts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency with popular LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, and LLaMAIndex.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
