Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement across our projects and programs. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs
  • Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sound understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum
  • Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments
  • Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment
  • Good experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, process maturity implementation, and providing early warnings to improve project outcomes

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process
