Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help us build intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions.

  • This role involves contributing to all phases of the ML lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and software development.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Python and software development best practices is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • As an expert, you will communicate structured narratives to non-technical staff and clients.
  • A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset is crucial.
  • Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base is necessary.
  • Working on one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
  • Familiarity with MLOps way of working is a must.
  • Leading technical roles in a team structure are considered advantageous.
  • As an engineer, you will understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Applications should be carefully architected, scalable and robust through your combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
  • Using Python to deploy production ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud is vital.
  • Exploring state-of-the-art ML research and driving internal evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks is a requirement.
  • Delivering high-quality projects is a priority.
  • Technically guiding junior engineers is necessary.
  • Delivering technical workshops for clients is a responsibility.
  • Leveraging your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects is a must.
  • Taking ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead is essential.
