Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with pathology teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • Technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
