Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring workplace safety, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
  • Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety training and enforce safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, sales, and procurement, to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
