Immerse yourself in the world of Biology research as we seek a PhD-level expert to push the boundaries of AI model capabilities.

Turing, a pioneer in AI advancements, is looking for researchers to create complex Biology problems and analyze how large language models (LLMs) handle abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Evaluating the logic behind researcher claims on immune signaling, considering factors like IL-2, IFN-γ, and IL-10.
  • Reviewing student strategies for studying plant stress genes, including CRISPR knockouts, qPCR analysis, and phenotypic observation under drought conditions.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in remote settings.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Stable computer and internet access.

Note that this position requires candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Ph.D.; applications from other backgrounds will not be considered.

This freelance assignment involves a commitment of at least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with overlap required with PST. We offer three options for time commitment: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week, or 40 hrs/week.
