VMware Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Administrator to optimize our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high availability and performance of storage systems and converged platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate them to the L2 team for prompt resolution.
  • Analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement, recommending changes to enhance efficiency, security, and capacity utilization.
  • Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades or additional equipment to meet growing system demands.
  • Maintain high levels of system uptime and performance through proactive issue prevention and swift troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in VMware administration with a strong focus on converged infrastructure, provisioning, and deployment support.
  • Expertise in analytics and problem-solving with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
