We are seeking an experienced actuary to join our team in developing cutting-edge parametric insurance models.

As a key member of the analytics team, you will be instrumental in combining your analytical skills with geospatial technology to address climate-related risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science and experience working with complex datasets. You will design and implement parametric insurance products based on satellite and climate data, using mathematical techniques to assess probabilities and financial impacts.

You will work closely with data scientists and geospatial experts to integrate satellite imagery into actuarial models, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for policyholders.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field is required, along with relevant industry certifications and at least 5 years of experience in actuarial work.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in actuarial work, preferably in property and casualty insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling software
