Job Title: Senior Validation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Validation Specialist to lead our validation initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and Implement Validation Strategies: Design, execute, and manage validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish Validation Plans: Develop, implement, and manage validation plans to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee Validation Activities: Review, approve, and ensure thoroughness and accuracy of test scripts, test adherence, and testing standards.
  • Perform Risk Assessments: Identify potential product risks related to validation and develop risk mitigation strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage External Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for validation testing services as needed.
  • Ensure Documentation and Traceability: Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, test reports, and validation reports.
  • Provide Regular Updates and Reports: Update Quality Assurance (IT-QA), senior management, and stakeholders on validation activities, status, and any identified risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Science, or Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in validation, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading validation initiatives and implementing effective validation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
