Project Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of art projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgeting requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including records of communication, decisions, and changes.
  • Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in services industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Office (especially Excel).
