Job Title:

Cell Characterization Specialist

Develop and support standard cell library from scratch, collaborating with layout team to define floor plans and guidelines.

  • Design combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits
  • Run equivalence verification using ESPCV
  • Verify functionality, performance, and power of developed circuits
  • Characterize and generate views of libraries across custom PVT corners
  • Model new and existing cells for industry-wide tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work, design flows, and reports
  • Automate manual tasks to reduce time and effort
Requirements:
  • Experience with EDA tools like RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors
  • Familiarity with views such as lef, NLDM, CCS, .LIB
