We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as an Educational Guidance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with students and parents to understand their educational objectives and provide guidance on suitable course and college options.
• Respond to incoming and outgoing inquiries, clearly explaining available courses, colleges, and admission procedures in a professional manner.
• Offer counseling services to assist students in selecting the most appropriate educational programs based on their interests and eligibility.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms until closure.
• Meet or exceed assigned admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions within our customer relationship management system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
