We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual materials that elevate doctors' professional profiles, build hospital brands, and engage patients across digital and print platforms.

This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing materials, and patient-focused designs. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of design trends in the healthcare industry.

The job involves developing branding assets and visual identities for doctors, clinics, and hospitals, as well as designing digital creatives, social media posts, infographics, banners, brochures, and promotional posters that educate and engage patients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate closely with content writers, marketing teams, and healthcare professionals to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts. You will also be responsible for managing multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience (healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing materials, and patient-focused designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other tools is a plus.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout for medical audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex health concepts into visual storytelling by using AI.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and specifications (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

Preferred Skills:
