Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.

  • Job Description:
  • To assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • To analyze market trends and come up with innovative ideas for marketing and branding campaigns
  • To create calendars for all activities and ensure adherence to them
  • To assist the team in making annual budgets
  • To enable the creation of marketing and branding collaterals by the agency
  • To edit and proofread all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • To ensure excellent, timely, and cost-effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, stall, and exhibition preparedness etc.
  • To proofread blogs, articles, and manage SEO activities
  • To measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
  • To manage the website with regular checks and updates
  • To manage database marketing, including database mining, email, SMS, and Whatsapp campaigns, and measuring their performance
  • To use innovative mediums on YouTube, GDN, remarketing, influencer marketing, etc., to increase brand awareness
  • To coordinate with the call center and CRM for lead management
  • To prepare weekly reports of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion
  • To create purchase orders maintaining quotations
  • To contribute to budgeting and monitor expenses against it
  • To conduct verification of bills and assist the Brand Manager in preparing payment schedules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
