Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our supply chain planning processes that cover demand forecasting and planning measure management, data collection from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshooting failures, and supply planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of supply chain planning models, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  • Collect and analyze data from Fusion and internal systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot supply planning process failures, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize supply planning processes, leveraging expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
  • Lead E2E planning integrated business cycles, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders.
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, supply/demand reconciliation issues etc.
  • Execute quarterly patching testing and validations.
  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to supply planning processes including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  • Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal and external systems.
  • Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams/On-calls.
  • Document and categorize supply planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  • Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs and BIP reports.
  • Monitor & Coordinate support for E2E planning integrated Business Cycles.
  • Manage incident tickets related to support E2E Supply Chain Planning.
  • Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with supply chain planning and Global Order Promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems.
  • Knowledge of MRP and planning process.
  • Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting.
  • Good Understanding of integrated planning business cycles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude with data models, BIP and system integration(REST APIs etc.).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
