As a key professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing services on messaging and file transfer technologies, effective and efficient management of MTS services, and leading a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage messaging and file transfer technologies services.
  • Effectively manage MTS services to end-users and application teams.
  • Lead a highly skilled team, onboard new resources, and manage projects.
  • Understand automation best practices and implement them.
  • Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Messaging & File Transfer team member responsible for managing services on messaging and file transfer technologies.
  • Effectively manage MTS services to end-users and application teams.
  • Lead a highly skilled team (multi-skilled), Onboard skilled resources for user support.
  • Manage projects, cost control, budgets, and optimize operations.
  • Good understanding of automation and its best practices.
  • Should be capable of handling critical escalations and ensure towards resolution.
  • Flexible to handle weekend activities as per requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications.
  • Shell Scripting.
