Key Roles and Responsibilities

A Validation Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of computer systems. The primary responsibility involves developing and implementing computer system validation plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies to meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, including cGMP concepts and QSR, to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all projects meet the required regulatory standards.
  • Prepare clear and concise written reports and presentations to effectively communicate project progress and results.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in computer system validation/quality compliance in a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Test Management tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management systems.
