Job Title: IT Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT project manager to lead the implementation of our Veeva Vault platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement release management processes to ensure seamless deployment of updates.
  • Publish integrated release calendars, manage cut-over and rollback procedures.
  • Manage release plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth Veeva releases.
  • Assess and plan for the impact of Veeva changes on stakeholders.
  • Develop communication plans to engage stakeholders and provide clear messaging.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault and its applications.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Experience in collaborator engagement, training, and change impact assessment.
  • 6-8 years of global pharmaceutical experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Knowledge of GxP processes and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Agile change management.
  • Experience with change management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
  • Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
