We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children with developmental challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India, and experience working with children with developmental challenges.

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of children's abilities using standardized tools and clinical observations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and child goals, providing direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment training, collaborating with parents to develop home programs and providing education on therapeutic techniques, and maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of children's abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
• Direct Therapy Interventions: Provide hands-on occupational therapy sessions to help children develop essential skills.
• Family Collaboration and Education: Work closely with parents to educate them on therapeutic techniques and develop home programs that support their child's development.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure seamless communication among team members.
