Interior Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to lead our team in planning and executing interior design projects. This role involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to the design team.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Understand project needs, develop design proposals, and present design concepts to clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all stages of the design process, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Design Development:
    • Conceptualize design ideas, create detailed design plans, select materials and furnishings, and ensure design solutions are practical and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.
  • Design Expertise:
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field, as well as 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
