Senior Unreal Game Programmer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Unreal Game Programmer to drive the development of gameplay and mechanics for our upcoming game.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex technical challenges, optimize performance, and improve the overall quality of the game.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.
Preferred Skills:
  • Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.
  • Experience with version control systems (Perforce).
