Skilled Conventional Lathe Operator Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Conventional Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality precision components.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in manual machining and technical drawings.

  • Operate conventional lathes to produce precision components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
  • Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts
  • Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances, as well as experience in manual machining. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency
  • Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar)
  • Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
  • Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
