Starburst Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data architect to lead our team in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions using Starburst Enterprise.

About the Role
  • Design and implement scalable and high-performance data architectures utilizing Starburst Enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
  • Configure and optimize Starburst clusters for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Integrate Starburst with various data sources including relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data quality problems and performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Starburst features and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong background in data architecture and experience with Starburst Enterprise.
  • Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and ETL pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Starburst clusters for high performance.
  • Ability to integrate Starburst with multiple data sources.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
