We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Project Manager to lead our team of professionals.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design conception to completion. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of interior designers and project coordinators.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
