Project Manager Leadership Role

This position oversees the overall execution of interior projects, achieving strategic objectives set by the organization.

Responsibilities include managing operations and profitability, identifying work fronts, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of each project.

The successful candidate will lead weekly project reviews to define critical success factors, develop strategies, and mitigate business risks.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the quality of service deliverables through strong QA/QC review, hiring, training, and utilization of staff.

The ideal candidate will participate in marketing activities, develop proposals, and be responsible for the functions and operations of projects.

Additionally, the Project Manager will create and manage the office's operational efficiency, improve processes, and execute initiatives from broad sales strategies to tactical operational improvements.

Key skills required for this position include organizational leadership, profit management, risk management, inventory management, warehousing, and quality control.

Client Satisfaction: Regular interaction and review with clients, trade contractors, architects, and project management consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of construction.

Quality Standards: Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality standards at the project site with safety, health, and environment plans as per standard norms and client requirements.

Billing and Realization: Monitoring billing and realization of payments (both external and internal).

Project Management: Timely management of any unforeseen delays.

This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, operations planning, quality control, organizational leadership, and profit management.
