As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

**Project Management**

- Identifying project milestones, tasks, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

- Facilitating communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, team members, clients, vendors, and management.

- Developing schedules and estimating project timelines, while raising alarms on expected issues.

**Regulatory Compliance**

- Coordinating with nodal agencies to secure permits and approvals required for projects, ensuring commissioning within project timelines.

**Construction Management**

- Coordination and follow-up with site construction teams to complete projects as per timelines.

- Reviewing actual progress versus planned and escalating issues to the Project Head.

The Successful Applicant

- BTech/BE (Elec/Mech/Power), MTech (Elec/Mech/Power).

- Minimum 12+ years of work experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in wind energy space.

- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to power sector and renewable energy.

- Certification/course in power management or project management an added advantage.
