Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into compelling visual communications across digital and print mediums.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop visually engaging creatives by translating briefs and ideas
- Create design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables
- Collaborate with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
- Strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory
- Portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Motion design or basic animation skills
- Experience working on FMCG or lifestyle brands
