Job Opportunity: Interior Space Creator

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled interior space creator to deliver exceptional results in luxury residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design principles, including spatial planning, colour theory, and material selection.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-end interior spaces for luxury residential and hospitality clients
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project managing conceptualization, planning, execution, and timely delivery of interior design projects
  • Staying up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and innovative materials in the industry

Requirements:

  • BArch or M Arch degree from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential and hospitality interiors
  • Advanced proficiency in interior design principles, including spatial planning, colour theory, and material selection
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management and satisfaction
  • Project management expertise covering conceptualization, planning, execution, and timely delivery
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp
