Japanese Translator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Translator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services in Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely translation services in Japanese, including written and spoken language.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 level) with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience in help desk and L1 support operations, including ticket triaging and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools, such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
