Job Title: Junior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with senior architects and other stakeholders, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

The role of a Junior Architect involves working closely with senior architects to develop design concepts and presentations. This includes preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.

Responsibilities also include supporting the preparation of detailed working drawings, construction documents, and specifications. Additionally, coordination with consultants, vendors, and site engineers is required.

Site visits, documentation, and progress reporting are also part of the job. Research on materials, sustainable design solutions, and building codes must be conducted.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution and 2+ years of professional experience is a must. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong design sense with the ability to translate ideas into drawings and 3D visuals is crucial.

Candidates should also have good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
