Troovy Foods is on a mission to make healthy snacking fun, tasty and accessible for kids and families. We're India's first clean-label kids' food brand backed by nutrition science and taste children actually love.

Our team works collaboratively with passion and empathy to help others through proactive communication, customer surveys and WhatsApp. This role involves working cross-departmental projects to improve the purchase and delivery experience of our customers.

  • Track and manage customer experience
  • Work cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Customer-first attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others
  • Good problem-solving skills to answer customer queries and tune into customer voice
  • Savvy with data management and churn insights from complex customer data

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing bachelors or masters degree from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as per customer queries
