Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support our skill development programs across Odisha.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of skill training programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Major Accountabilities

  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
Desirable Attributes

  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
