We are seeking a detail-driven Compliance Officer to drive commercial operations integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Compliance Specialist: Identify, document, and communicate client contract requirements to internal stakeholders, ensuring all pre-engagement screening and onboarding processes are meticulously followed.
  • Template Manager: Ensure contractor contract templates used by teams are in line with client terms, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Audit Support Expert: Assist colleagues in conducting internal audits of business activities, focusing on compliance with contractor pre-engagement screening and onboarding requirements.
  • Database Administrator: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases related to commercial compliance, ensuring all information is easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Procedure Adherer: Adhere to established commercial compliance procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in all compliance activities.
  • Team Player: Undertake other duties as needed to support high commercial compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background in law or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two of the following:
  • Law degree or Contract Management course completion.
  • Previous experience in contractual compliance or contract management.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in reading contracts and identifying client requirements.
