Role Overview

We seek an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage our release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce tools and technologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for efficient deployment and automation.
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control systems, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs from sandbox to production environments.
  • Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure smooth release cycles and optimize pipeline performance.
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security in cloud platforms and Linux-based environments.

Requirements

We require candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management.
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications are beneficial.
