Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and building our next-generation voice AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the overall technical architecture and system design of our platform, encompassing APIs, services, data layers, and integrations.
  • Strategic selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business and product objectives.
  • Definition and review of API contracts, data models, and infrastructure components.
  • Breakdown of product features into detailed engineering tasks and estimation of effort.
  • Establishment and enforcement of coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines.
  • Mentorship, coaching, and code reviews for engineering team members.
  • Collaboration with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Overseeing scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure.
  • Contribution to critical components, especially during initial builds or high-impact phases.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
  • Strong experience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems (preferably cloud-native, microservices).
  • Deep knowledge of API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript (additionally, Python is a plus).
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, security best practices, and monitoring.
