Strategic Design Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Design Director to lead our design team in delivering exceptional results.

  • Oversee the productivity and work output of a team of designers.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve design Net Promoter Survey (customer rating) outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to designers as needed.
  • Lead and facilitate design discussions.
Requirements:Expertise and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's qualification preferably B. Arch or B. Interior Design.
  • Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an interior designer/project manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects (end-to-end project management).
