We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Planner to conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Conceptualisation: Develop comprehensive design concepts that inspire and elevate spaces.
  • Design Development: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Materials Sourcing: Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, timelines, and budgets.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Documentation: Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • A valid driver's license for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
