Job Title: Information Security Specialist

Job Description:

As an Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies, procedures, and controls to protect our organization's assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of privacy policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support the execution of Information Security and privacy inherent to new engagements.
  • Identify technological opportunities and evaluate the Information Security and privacy impacts on end-points.
  • Prevent/deter theft and fraud through physical presence and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Infrastructure administration and management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and report writing.
  • Ability to learn and understand fire and security systems, including EAS Systems.
  • Knowledge of Symantec Control Compliance Suite is preferred.
  • Understanding of third-party risk management considerations, incident response, and crisis management processes.
