About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to support our marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns, track and analyze results, and collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for ads and social media.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be quick to grasp new concepts, and think critically. You should also have a genuine interest in how marketing works and be able to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Result Tracking and Analysis: Help monitor campaign performance, from clicks and conversions to overall ROI.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Take part in A/B testing to improve ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work with the creative team to develop engaging content for ads and social media.
  • Industry Research: Stay on top of trends and research new tools, platforms, and trends that could help improve campaigns or open up new opportunities.

  • Smarts and Quick Grasp: You don't need to know everything about digital marketing right now, but we're looking for someone who picks up new concepts quickly and can think on their feet.

  • Integrity: You'll be working with data and confidential information, so it's crucial that you act with honesty and integrity.
