Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Event Management Trainee Associate.

  • This role involves supporting clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance.
  • You will also be responsible for gathering client requirements for future releases of the product, creating and maintaining all product documentation, and implementing and managing the online portion of client events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support clients over the phone and email with product inquiries and technical issues.
  2. Gather client requirements for future product releases.
  3. Create and maintain product documentation.
  4. Implement and manage online client events.
  5. Communicate with clients to review implementation and make necessary changes.
  6. Provide suggestions to clients to improve implementation results and help them meet their goals.
  7. Document all communication with clients in CRM software.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates (Batch 2024, 2025).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
  • High comfort level using online software products.
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
